What is The Quantum Other? It is a definition in progress. Just as a living document changes to suit events and determinations defined in political, business and legal arenas, the definition of a Quantum Other for a time, must be available to change as researchers learn more about the nature of the phenomena it represents. At this time let us consider the attributes of the definition:
- It is an intelligence that functions as a waveform (waveform intelligence), itsef a term loaded with connotations for another post
- Its technical composition might be described in Bohm’s book, Wholeness And The Implicate Order
- It is polyvariant in the totality of its nature, it affects both physical reality and human consciousness
- It employs cause and effect to achieve its objectives
- It can cause physical events in order to steer desired outcomes
- It can manifest a representation of itself using incorporeal and corporeal states of matter, this manifestation may have some input effect of its design from the consciousness of its percipients, i.e. the observer/experiencer may have some directed effect on the manifestation event
- Its communication mode is heavily symbolic but not necessarily obvious demonstrative of its conceptual intent to its percipients
- Its intention toward humanity and especially its percipients is still largely unknown but it does appear to employ a trickster persona at times and obfuscation of its nature and intent are achieved through a rabbit-hole effect of linking concepts, symbols, events, people and observational likeness through synchronicities and coincidences of extreme mathematical unlikelihood
