Of course the big question has always been – will it upend or stop religions? I tend to think not. Human faith will not end unless humanity decides for it to end regardless of the reality of our place in the universe changing. Even the Vatican is on record of premptively stating that proof of extraterrestrial life does not contradict one’s faith in God.
